This has been my passion. The thrill of making something from glass and opening the kiln, in the morning, to see how each piece has turned out, is such a delight.
My grandmother had a love of Murano Italian glass beads and I now have the pleasure of treasuring her collection from Europe. I grew up in England, which is where I had my first glass bead lesson. Glass jewelry has been around for thousands of years. The beautiful thing about glass, is that if kept well, it wont tarnish and will last for many, many years.
